Garden House in Nová Hospoda near Kamenice
Garden Log House Built with the Russian Hook Technology
The garden house was built in the village of Nová Hospoda near Kamenice with the aid of the Russian hook technology. It is a 1 room garden house with a toilet. It is designated for year-round use and it serves as a pleasant abode for its owners. 130 year old trunks from the Archangelsk Region of Russia were chosen for construction. The winter-felled, high-quality wood is distinguished by high durability, resistance to changing weather conditions, low occurrence of defects and straight growth. Namely tall and straight trees from Russia are ideal for the construction of both large and small log houses. Thus, anyone interested in building a log house may choose the dimensions and the layout of their home according to their specific needs. The garden house will be coated with Red Pine, i.e. the traditional brand colour of Monivet, and all work should be completed in October 2011.
