Even though wooden houses are becoming more and more popular among the general public, the attitude of the local municipalities towards solid log structures remains somewhat restrained (timber houses are often deemed unfitting with respect to the local scenery, etc.). For this reason, the company introduced a new construction technology in 2011, which is based on glued laminated (glulam) beams. This state-of-the-art technology offers our potential clients the option of building a log house that does not require any technological interruption as in the case of handmade solid wooden structures and that is easily approved by the local authorities because it fits the local scenery. 

A house built with the aid of this technology may be completed in very short time after the approval of the project documents.

In case of turnkey construction, the maximum completion time is 6 months (depending on the size of the house).

If only the rough structure is ordered, the time necessary for the production, delivery and assembly of the house is 3 months from the approval of the project documents.
