Window, Door Installation & Finishing Work

After the technological interruption ends, it is necessary to precisely measure the dimensions of all openings to make tailor-made windows and door. In the meantime, roof insulation is installed and ceilings are placed on the second floor. Subsequently, doors and windows are fitted in place and the house is "sealed off". The next step is the laying of dry flooring, which comprises STYRODUR insulation boards and floor heating boards that are a part of the heat pump heating system. RYGYDUR boards come on top as they serve as the base for the upper floor layer. Finally, the selected floor material is laid by our floor specialists (e.g. laminated floor, tiles, parquets, beams, etc.). The stairs are mounted in the very end to eliminate the risk of their damage during assembly and other construction work. In this phase, eaves and gutters are also installed and connected to the sewer system. The fitting of the remaining sanitary ceramic ware and lighting is completed along with other requirements of the client. After making final adjustments, the proper functioning of all vital components (windows, doors, etc.) is checked to ensure that all is as it should be. Final impregnation is also carried out in this phase. Further treatment will be done after a specific period depending on the number and type of applied protective coatings. Last but not least, function tests of all distribution systems and mains are performed along with finishing works and everything is prepared for the smooth progress of the final building approval.
